Focus V AERIS Wireless Charger

This is the dedicated wireless charging dock for the Focus V AERIS Portable Smart Rig. Set your AERIS on the dock and it starts charging automatically, no cable connection to the device itself. The dock holds the rig upright and stable, so it doubles as a clean display stand between uses.

Power runs to the dock through the included USB-C cable, which plugs into the base. From there, charging is cord-free on the device side. The compact footprint keeps it easy to fit on a desk, shelf, or countertop without taking up much space. If you're tired of plugging and unplugging your AERIS directly, this is a straightforward upgrade.

Limited Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited warranty for specific products purchased directly from www.smokeandvape.ca. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. 

We fully stand behind our products and will cover up to two replacements or the period of warranty, whichever comes first.

  • Manufacturer or workmanship defects
  • Products that arrive damaged due to transit

What is Not Covered

  • Empty lighters - we won’t send refills, but will cover a lighter that doesn’t work upon delivery
  • Normal wear and tear (including discoloration, cosmetic issues, etc.)
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect (including drops, or sticky grinders)
    • Devices where basic cleaning and sanitation standards have not been maintained
    • Broken metal coverings and damaged internal circuitry are not covered by Honey Stick Canada
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Loss or theft
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your product during the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@smokeandvape.ca with:
    •  your order number,
    • the device name or description,
    • a description of the issue,
    • and photos or video of the defective device.

Please advise us if any replacement should be routed to another address.

  1. Assessment: Our team will assess your claim and may request additional information. We need all the above info to process your claim, so please have it ready when reaching out.
  2. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either:
    • Replace the defective item with the same or equivalent item
    • Offer a refund or store credit (at our discretion)

Returns and Shipping

  • If we need the device returned we’ll cover the cost. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product to be sent to you.
  • Replacements will be shipped to the original order address unless otherwise requested.
  • We are only able to ship replacements within Canada.

Additional Information

  • If your device is out of stock at the time of warranty claim we’ll do our best to replace it with a similar device of the same value or better.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Smoke & Vape reserves the right to make the final decision on any warranty claim.

Requesting a Price Match

30-Day Satisfaction Policy

Vape and Flow wants you to love your device as much as we do and we stand behind the quality of our products completely but if, for any reason, you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day Return Policy because your happiness is our top priority.

Policy Overview

You can return any product purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, and we’ll issue a full refund or credit to put toward your next purchase. We’ll even take care of shipping costs! All we ask is the reason for your return - once we receive your return back in our warehouse, we’ll do a quick check, and issue your credit or refund within 5 business days.

How to Return an Item

  3. Ship the Item: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you want to exchange your product for a different one, let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.

How does the AERIS sit on the dock: upright, on its side, or at an angle?

The AERIS sits upright on the dock. The base is designed to hold the rig in a stable, vertical position, so it stays accessible and ready to grab while it charges. It works nicely as a display stand between sessions, too.

Does the dock come with a USB-C cable, or do I need to supply my own?

Yes, a USB-C cable comes included in the box. You'll plug that cable into the base of the dock for power, and from there your AERIS charges wirelessly when you set it on top, so you're good to go right out of the package.

Is a wall adapter included, or do I just get the USB-C cable?

You get the wireless charging dock and a USB-C cable, but a wall adapter is not included in the box. Any standard USB-C compatible wall adapter you already have should work, or feel free to reach out to our team if you need help picking one up.

Can I use my AERIS while it is sitting on the charging dock?

The dock is designed as a charging and display stand, so it's best to remove the AERIS before firing it up for a session. If you have questions about using the device while charging, feel free to reach out to our team and we'll get you a clear answer.

Can I plug the dock's USB-C cable into a laptop or power bank, or does it need a wall outlet?

The dock uses a standard USB-C input, so any USB-C power source that delivers enough juice should work, whether that's a laptop port, a power bank, or a wall adapter. That said, for the most reliable charging experience, if you run into any issues with a specific power source, feel free to reach out to our team and we'll help you sort it out.

What type of power input does the charging dock use?

The dock uses a USB-C power input. You plug the included USB-C cable into the base of the dock, and from there it charges your AERIS wirelessly, so no cable ever needs to connect directly to the rig itself.

Do I still need to plug a cable into the AERIS itself, or is it fully wireless on the device side?

It's fully wireless on the device side. You just set your AERIS on the dock and charging starts automatically, so no cable plugs into the rig itself. The included USB-C cable connects to the base of the dock for power, but your AERIS charging port stays completely free, which also helps reduce wear on it over time.

Will this charger work with the original Focus V CARTA or the CARTA 2?

No, this wireless charging dock is designed exclusively for the Focus V AERIS Portable Smart Rig and won't work with the original CARTA or the CARTA 2. If you need charging accessories for either of those devices, feel free to reach out to our team and we can help point you in the right direction.

Is the dock stable enough to keep the AERIS from getting knocked over?
